Own Thy Audience -

I spearheaded a podcast series with 40+ episodes, managing end-to-end production. This included lining up speakers, developing content blueprints, and overseeing operations while collaborating with speakers, the host, and the design team. I also created and executed a promotion calendar across social media and email campaigns.

Post-launch, I developed a content repurposing strategy to amplify the podcast’s reach by transforming episodes into various formats for distribution across platforms.

Newsroom Ops

A two-day virtual event that brought together industry leaders from newsrooms and publishing houses to discuss key topics, including Analytics, AdOps, SEO, Marketing, Product, CMS, and more.

As the operations and promotions lead, I ensured seamless event broadcasting and executed targeted campaigns to drive sign-ups. Following the event, I developed and implemented an email drip campaign, strategically segmenting leads by their departments to deliver tailored follow-ups.

The campaign successfully resulted in converting 2 leads into customers.
